Shipping
We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated according to applicable tariffs. The total shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout.

Prices and payment
The prices of our products are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT (6%). The price applicable at the time of the order is the one that applies regardless of whether the price increases or decreases afterwards. If you are a private customer living within the EU, you pay Swedish VAT. At checkout you can see the total price including VAT and any shipping costs.

If you are a private customer living outside the EU, you do not pay Swedish VAT. Business customers within the EU will be charged Swedish VAT if a valid VAT number has not been provided. Business customers outside the EU are not charged Swedish VAT.

In cooperation with our logistics partner Stardist we offer invoice payment*, and with SwedbankPay we offer card payments (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), direct bank payment (Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank) as well as Swish.

To pay by invoice you must first be approved as a customer through the credit check carried out by Stardist in cooperation with Creditsafe. The invoice must be paid no later than 30 days after the date stated on the invoice. In case of late payment, default interest will be charged according to the Swedish Interest Act from the due date of the invoice. In case of a payment reminder, a statutory fee currently amounting to SEK 60 will be charged. Stardist reserves the right in individual cases to refuse delivery and to reassess your creditworthiness. In the event of non-payment the matter will be handed over to a debt collection agency, whereby a statutory debt collection fee currently amounting to SEK 180 will be added.

*Invoice payment is only offered to customers within Sweden.

Deliveries
Lighter shipments are often delivered directly to your mailbox. Heavier or larger deliveries are usually sent to a pickup point. Alternative delivery methods are presented at checkout for you to choose from.

You will receive an order confirmation via email when placing your order. You will also receive a delivery notification when your order is on its way, and you can track the shipment with the carrier.

Our logistics partner Stardist does its best to deliver as quickly as possible, but delays may sometimes occur. Therefore we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day and always reserve the right for delays.

If you do not collect a shipment, or if the shipment is returned due to incorrect information being registered, we charge a fee currently amounting to SEK 129 to cover administration, shipping, return shipping and handling.

Order cancellation
Provided that nothing else has been agreed in connection with your order, you may cancel pending orders. This does not apply to products that have been specially adapted for you. Contact Stardist customer service via order@stardist.se or 0290-76 76 80 and they will assist you.

Right of withdrawal and returns
As a private customer you always have, according to the Distance Contracts Act, a 14-day right of withdrawal counted from the date you received the product. If you return an unused product with any labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded. If the quality of the product has been affected because you handled it more than necessary to examine its characteristics or function, a deduction corresponding to the depreciation of the product will be made from the refund. Reuse the carton the product came in for the return and place the product in its original packaging (if it had one).

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Stardist customer service within 14 days from the day you received the product. After exercising your right of withdrawal you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards. It is important that the return is well packaged and marked with the order number or that you include a note stating the order number, customer number and what is being returned. You do not need to state a reason for the return, but it helps us if you wish to tell us why you are returning it.

For uncollected letters or parcels we charge a fee currently amounting to SEK 129 to cover administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Uncollected parcels are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

If you are returning something weighing more than two kilograms it may be cheaper to purchase a prepaid return shipping label from Stardist compared to buying shipping directly from the carrier or pickup point. Contact customer service via order@stardist.se or 0290-76 76 80 and they will assist you.

Complaints
If we have delivered a defective or damaged product, or if the shipment has been lost during transport, a complaint must be made to Stardist.

Returns due to complaints may only be made after the complaint has been registered and return instructions have been received from Stardist. You have the right to return a defective product at our expense provided that you follow Stardist’s instructions and, where applicable, use their return labels. Returns must not be sent cash on delivery.

In the event of an approved complaint you have the right to receive a new, fault-free product free of charge, or choose to keep the product and receive an agreed price reduction. You may also choose to cancel the purchase, whereby the product is returned and the payment refunded.

Payment recipient
Our logistics partner Stardist acts as the recipient of payments.

Processing of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect, store and process the personal data required to fulfil our obligations towards you as a customer: delivering your order and managing customer administration and customer care.

Reservations
We reserve the right for possible errors in price or product information, items being sold out, delays, technical issues and postponed release dates.

Safe shopping
We follow the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency and the National Board for Consumer Disputes. General
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and the right to cancel orders.
